10AM Mayor Cherelle L. Parker to Join Interfaith Prayer Service

The mayor will deliver remarks during an interfaith prayer service hosted by the Religious Leaders Council of Greater Philadelphia in honor of Mayor Parker and members of City Council. The service will be lead by Archbishop Nelson Perez. The prayer service will include sacred scripture readings from the Jewish, Muslim and Christian religions.

1:30PM Mayor Parker to Participate in Turn the Key Groundbreaking Ceremony 
Mayor Parker will attend a groundbreaking event for the City’s ongoing Turn the Key affordable housing program. This groundbreaking will take place in Grays Ferry. City housing officials, Council President Kenyatta Johnson, and affordable housing developers from the Riverwards Group and Fine Print Construction will attend this event. This event will also promote PHDC’s Minority Developer Program.
