The Philadelphia Honors Diversity Flag Raising Program was launched by the City of Philadelphia in 2018 and celebrates rich diversity, as the nation’s first World Heritage City. The program honors residents with international heritage with the goal to make Philadelphia a more welcoming city for immigrants.
