10AM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Virtual Octavius Catto Legacy Awards CelebrationThe Mayor will join the Community College of Philadelphia and President Dr. Donald Guy Generals event marking Octavius Catto’s birthday by celebrating the accomplishments of nearly 500 students who are recipients of the scholarship named in his honor at the Community College of Philadelphia (CCP).
