Looking for a gift for a special someone? You’re going to LOVE this idea! Philadelphia Parks & Recreation is selling granite keepsakes made from pavers from LOVE Park. These collectible pieces are carved from stone saved during the LOVE Park renovations in 2016. 

Each piece measures around 4×4 inches and is decorated with the LOVE Park logo. Some keepsakes may contain scuff marks or natural wear from their use in the park. Some of these scuffs come from skateboarders who once frequented the park. Part of the proceeds from the keepsake sales supports area skate parks. This helps honor the connection between LOVE Park and the Philadelphia skating community.  

Each keepsake comes with a certificate. This guarantees it’s a genuine piece of Philadelphia history! You can choose from three color variations: 

• Red print on white granite 
• Black print on white granite 
• White print on pink granite 

Where You Can Find Them 

Now through December 24 the keepsakes are for sale at the LOVE Park Christmas Village. The Village includes over 80 vendors this year. To find the keepsakes, look for the red shipping container close to the 16th street side of LOVE Park.  

After December 26 the keepsakes will be available from the LOVE Park visitor center kiosk at 16th & JFK Blvd. The kiosk is open: 

• Monday and Tuesday – 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. 
• Wednesday to Saturday – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
• Sunday – Closed

Alongside the granite keepsakes you’ll find other LOVE Park-themed items including: 

• T-shirts (red, white).
• Mugs.
• Coloring books.
• Magnets.
• Candles.

Sales of these items help fund LOVE Park maintenance and future events in addition to local skate parks.
