PHLpreK providers and providers interested in offering PHLpreK next year are invited to participate in a free, four-part series designed to improve fiscal and human resources practices.

This series is led by Children’s Village, and funded by PNC Grow Up Great.

Topics include:

  • Iron Triangle – ECE Finance – December 4
  • Budgeting & Financial Statements – December 11
  • Personnel Management – December 18
  • PHLpreK Budget and Contract Requirements – January 15 (for applicants and participants)

All sessions are on Wednesdays from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Those that successfully complete the Business Administration Series will be eligible to apply for the Advanced Series which includes technical assistance and will be held from January through May 2020.

Requirements
Participants are expected to: 1) attend all sessions; 2) arrive on time; 3) stay for the entire scheduled session; 4) participate during sessions; 5) complete a pre/post assessment
