Today is first day of Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, an annual public awareness campaign designed to celebrate the accomplishments of CTE students across the country. Nearly 6,000 students in 31 District schools participate in career preparatory programs like engineering, early childhood education, and health-related fields to name just a few.

To celebrate the month, the School District of Philadelphia’s CTE Division and the City of Philadelphia have organized several events throughout the month that are open to the public and highlight the unique benefits of CTE education. Join us at any of these events!
