and accurate property information.



Supporting the Mayor’s Goals by:

  • providing a city-wide framework and governance structure for the efficient management and

  • providing greater access to property information leading to greater accountability [integrity]
  • providing tools to City agencies for delivery of property-based
    services [responsive]
  • providing clarity in property-based steps necessary for business and community development [place of choice]
  • providing an integrated property reference system for simpler collaboration in emergency situations [safety]


  • Reduce the redundancy, cost, and inconsistency of city-held property information
  • Create a service-oriented structure to act as the central point for> all facets of property data
  • Ensure that all business processes related to the development and maintenance of property
    information are efficient, effective and customer-service focused
  • Increase effective collaboration of all City agencies involved in the property management lifecycle
  • Provide accurate property data services to both internal and external customers
