Integrity & Accountability Office, Philadelphia Police Department

The former Office of Integrity & Accountability was created during settlement talks stemming from the 39th District scandal in 1996. The IAO's general function was to analyze the operations of the department, and make periodic reports and recommendations for changes to policies and procedures.
