Philadelphia- Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell, Councilman Bobby Henon and Councilwoman Maria Quiñones-Sanchez will join community members for a groundbreaking at Max Myers Playground, 1601 Hellerman Street in Northeast Philadelphia. The ceremony marks the beginning of a $306,000.00 construction project that will result in a new playground and site furnishings for Max Myers playground.
