Register of Wills – Video production Request for Proposals
The Register of Wills protects Philadelphia’s generational wealth. We process marriage licenses, maintain historic records, probate estates, and more. We also educate the public on topics such as estate planning, Tangled Title, and the Probate Deferment initiative.
All proposals must be submitted electronically to
rowonline@phila.gov. Proposals must be received no later than 5 p.m. EST on December 9th, 2021.
