The Neighborhood Slow Zone Program invites neighbors to apply for traffic calming in an entire zone of residential streets. The City works hand-in-hand with communities to design and install traffic calming throughout the Slow Zone. Within Slow Zones, the City lowers speed limits to 20MPH and installs measures to slow traffic, including speed cushions and more. The Cobbs Creek Slow Zone is located on residential blocks from 52nd to 57th streets, between Baltimore and Cedar.
