What we do

The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood and Community Engagement (MONCE) empowers residents by supporting individual and community needs. We help community members gain access to City services. This promotes informed decision making that leads to community change.

Our office operates Neighborhood Community Action Centers throughout Philadelphia to improve access the City services. We work to advance the goal of a safer, cleaner, and greener Philadelphia with access to economic opportunity for all.
