Mayor Parker to Welcome PAL Youth for City Hall Leadership Takeover

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Location: Mayor’s Reception Room, City Hall, 2nd Floor, Room 202, Philadelphia, PA

15 Police Athletic League (PAL) participants will step into key city leadership roles, including Mayor, Police Commissioner, and Fire Commissioner. They will gain a firsthand look at how local government operates.

Mayor Parker to Attend Ribbon Cutting for Drug Recovery Facility Expansion

Time: 2:00 p.m.

Location: 2680 Southampton Road Rear building, Philadelphia, PA

Mayor Parker will join leaders for a ribbon cutting, tour, and celebration marking the completion of a $10 million renovation and expansion, which introduces four new levels of care. The project represents a major investment in recovery services for Philadelphia residents.
