Mayor Parker to Attend Philadelphia Police Graduation Ceremony

Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: Temple Performing Arts Center, 1837 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA

The Mayor will join PPD at the graduation ceremony for Recruit Classes 416 and 417. There are a total of 93 recruits scheduled to graduate.

Mayor Parker to Attend Welding Program Ribbon Cutting and Graduation

Time: 11:00 a.m.
Location: 4750 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA

Mayor Parker will attend the ribbon cutting for the Community College of Philadelphia’s new Naval Welding and Non-Destructive Testing training space at the Career & Advanced Technology Center.

The event will also celebrate the first group of students to complete the program, which gives hands-on training for in-demand careers in welding and inspection.
