The Mayor will attend the Opening Plenary of FORUM 2026: Grounded in Greatness, hosted by the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA). The session will bring together public sector leaders from across the country to share ideas and strategies for strengthening leadership in government.

Mayor Parker to Attend Grand Opening of Homeless Center in Stanton Neighborhood

Location: 220 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA
The Mayor and other City officials will celebrate the opening of HOPE 220. The new Office of Homeless Services Solution Center provides beds, shelter and services to individuals in need of long-term supportive or independent housing.
PHLCares will also present a $500,000 check to the Salvation Army at this location where the center is operating.
