Mayor Parker, along with Philadelphia Police Commissioner Bethel will join Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday in announcing a comprehensive approach to combating fentanyl traffickers. The intergovernmental effort has resulted in seizures of 50 million fentanyl doses (potentially lethal doses) statewide.

Ahead of Thursday’s Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) long-awaited game between the Delaware State University Hornets and the Norfolk State Spartans, Mayor Parker will give Liberty Bells to rival head coaches, DeSean Jackson and Michael Vick. The two former Eagles greats will take to the sidelines at Lincoln Financial Field during the game, which will give student-athletes an opportunity to play in a world-class venue.
