Mayor Parker will deliver remarks at the graduation ceremony for Philadelphia Police Recruit Classes 412 and 413. The ceremony will celebrate the accomplishments of 85 recruits. There are 44 PPD recruits assigned to Class 412 and 41 (40 PPD and 1 Philadelphia Housing Authority) in Class 413 scheduled to graduate on this date.
