1:30 PM     Mayor Parker and City Officials to Hold Press Conference on Illegal Dumping Taskforce

This press conference will highlight the City’s new Illegal Dumping Taskforce and its role in investigating and enforcing broadened laws regarding illegal dumping incidents across Philadelphia, which Mayor Parker has championed since she was in City Council.

6:00 PM    Mayor Parker to Join Lincoln University Homecoming Kickoff Celebration

This year’s celebration for Mayor Parker’s alma mater, Lincoln University, will mark another monumental milestone for America’s first continuous Black college: The Lincolnian, one of the nation’s oldest student newspapers, will celebrate its 100th anniversary. Mayor Parker will give brief remarks highlighting Lincoln’s significance to her education and development of becoming Philadelphia’s 100th mayor.
