On September 17, 2025, the Board of Ethics approved four settlement agreements, copies of which are attached hereto, each resolving a violation of Philadelphia Code Section 20-610 for failing to timely file a City Statement of Financial Interests (the “City Form”).  Each individual listed below has since filed a City Form and agreed to pay $250 in civil monetary penalties.
