5:00 p.m. Mayor Parker to Attend Annual Block Party Celebrating Students in Job Training Program

Since its creation in 1964, Opportunities Industrialization Center Philadelphia (OIC) has connected tens of thousands of Philadelphians to resources that develop skills needed to build financially rewarding careers. The job training center is hosting its 3rd annual Alumni & Community Block Party to celebrate current and past students.

Mayor Parker will join the free, family-friendly event, which includes an awards program honoring community members.
