Elected and appointed government officials from counties, parishes and boroughs across the nation are gathering in Philadelphia for the 2025 NACo Conference & Exhibition. Mayor Parker will welcome and speak to attendees about how federal policies are impacting counties and to learn the best practices to lift up counties.
