The mayor will join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women for their 38th Annual Madam CJ Walker Awards Luncheon, an event to highlight Black women who have demonstrated excellence in areas of health, education, economic empowerment, political awareness and community outreach in the Delaware Valley Area.
