88.3 Sanitation Division. Drawings of Piers 33 and 34 North

Drawings were prepared by the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company which owned the piers at the time of preparation. The piers became part of the site housing the City Incinerator. Each drawing includes a title, a drawing number, and file number. Most also include the names or initials of the persons who drew, traced, and checked the plans and dates each task was done. Some add the signature of the chief engineer and the date at which improvement was added.

Some photos are included to illustrate violations and dangerous conditions.
