The Office of Emergency Management seeks to review, revise and update the City's Emergency Operations Plan to meet federal and state requirements; to coordinate, evaluate and report on emergency response / management exercises involving departmental, commercial, private and volunteer resources; and to develop the Hazardous Material Facility Off-Site Emergency Response Plan required by federal legislation.
