Kuhakikisha chaguzi salama za usafirishaji kwa watu wote wa Philadelphia - iwe wanatembea, baiskeli, kuendesha gari, au safari ya safari.

Mitaa kamili ni salama, starehe, na rahisi. Zimeundwa na kuendeshwa ili kuhakikisha ufikiaji salama kwa watumiaji wote, pamoja na watembea kwa miguu, waendesha baiskeli, waendesha magari, na waendeshaji wa usafirishaji, bila kujali umri na uwezo wa mwili.

Wakati mitaa kamili inakuja katika maumbo na fomu nyingi, wanashiriki kanuni sawa. Mitaa kamili:

  • Malazi watumiaji wote.
  • Imeundwa kwa usalama na kuzuia ajali mbaya.
  • Kipaumbele harakati za watembea kwa miguu, kwa sababu safari zote zinajumuisha sehemu ya kutembea.
  • Kamilisha majengo jirani, shughuli, mazingira, na jamii.
  • Jumuisha kanuni za uendelevu.

Kuna njia nyingi ambazo Jiji la Philadelphia linatimiza malengo ya sera yake kamili ya Mtaa. Miradi na sera za umma na za kibinafsi zinakaguliwa na kutekelezwa kupitia njia anuwai pamoja na kutengeneza kawaida, upangaji wa ukanda, upangaji wa mtaji wa Vision Zero, na ukaguzi wa muundo wa raia.

Depending on the specific project and funding source, state and regional agencies may also be involved. Common partners include:
