International Fellowship of University WomenInternational Fellowship of University Women
FUW is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) of over 180,000 women university graduates from seventy-two national federations and associations throughout the world. It was founded in 1919 after the First World War by women graduates from Canada, Great Britain and the United States to promote international friendship, cooperation and peace.  IFWU is committed to education to influence and benefit society, the right of women and girls to pursue education in order to reach their full potential, the recognition and protection of human rights, the promotion of peace, justice and equality, and the development of international understanding, co-operation and friendship.

Student Center: A web community for college students, high school students, and teens. information, entertainment, and an entire area dedicated to students communicating with each other.
American Association of University Women: Seeks equity in education and in the job market.
International Federation of University Women: Working locally, nationally & internationally to improve the status of women & girls.
Penn Humanities Forum: Relates humanistic knowledge to other areas of thought and practice.
Pennsylvania AAUW: Part of a national organization for college/university women and men. Promotes education and equity for all women.
St. Josephs University's Sigma Xi Chapter: Recorgnizes achievement in the areas of math, the natural and social sciences. Each Spring the chapter hosts a symposium where students from area insitutions present their  research.
