As part of the call, you can discuss your educational goals with the Career Navigator. They’ll help you enroll in the right class for your schedule and needs.

Host or provide education services

Community-based organizations can serve as host sites for Next Level Learning. For more information, email adultedu@phila.gov.

If you provide adult education services, subscribe to our monthly newsletter. You can also explore our Adult Needs Index map to learn more about the varying levels of need for adult education services in Philadelphia. This map was created by the Office of Children and Families.

Volunteer as a tutor

Next Level Learning tutors help adult learners develop their literacy, math, or digital skills.

Before being matched with a learner, tutors complete a free 10 to 12 hour training hosted by subject matter experts. Once matched, tutors will have the support of the education provider and will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

If you’re interested in getting involved, apply to volunteer with Next Level Learning.
