Annual Reports must be filed by all candidates, political committees and contributing lobbyists that have not filed a termination report for 2007. January 4 2008 - Campaign Finance Training Sessions Thursday, January 10th, 6pm Friday, January 11th, 12 noon More January 3 2008 - Campaign Finance Cycle 7 Philadelphia Campaign Finance Cycle 7 (Annual Reports) are now being accepted for filing.
