About Don’t Fall Down in The Hood
DFDITH is a community-based prevention program for youth aged 13 to 21 who have been impacted by violence. Its goal is to protect youth and support their growth into healthy adults. The program provides interventional treatment to lessen harms and prevent future risk of violence.
What to expect at DFDITH
DFDITH connects youth to caring adults and community engagement activities. The program does this through case management, involving the youth and their families. The program also assists with identifying resources, organizations, and events that provide opportunities for positive interaction with neighbors and the community.
DFDITH Location
DFDITH takes place each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Transportation assistance and meals are available.
