March 31 is the last day to pay your current Philadelphia property taxes. We moved last year’s due date as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. For 2021, we’re back to the normal deadline.

Make sure you pay on or before March 31 to avoid additional costs. Also, make sure you know your payment options. Our ability to take in-person payments remains limited.

The best way to pay is always online: www.phila.gov/pay.
You can also pay by phone, by calling (877) 309-3710. You can use eCheck online or on the phone to pay your Real Estate Tax for FREE. You can also pay with a debit or credit card, but you will be charged a processing fee.

In-person payments

Please don’t try to pay in-person without an appointment! Because of ongoing health and safety precautions, our satellite offices remain closed.

In-person payments – including cash payments – are possible at the Municipal Services Building, across from Philadelphia City Hall. However, you must schedule an appointment BEFORE you show up.

To set up an appointment online, visit www.phila.gov/revenue/payment-appointment. You can also call (215) 686-6442, and use pushout #3, to make an appointment by phone.

Please remember to bring your Real Estate Tax bill and a mask, which you will be required to wear throughout your visit.
