PHILADELPHIA –There will be a temporary, full street closure on S. 12th St from Market St to Clover St. overnight beginning Tuesday, January 28th at 6pm through Wednesday, January 29th at 12pm, Streets Commissioner Carlton Williams announced today. Streets Department crews will be making roadway repairs. Motorists are encouraged to use 10th Street as an alternate route. No detour will be posted.

All work is expected to be completed and traffic restored by 12 pm, Wednesday. For the duration of the work, Streets Department crews will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience to affected motorists, residents, and businesses. The Streets Department thanks citizens in advance for their patience and cooperation as crews work to improve streets.
