12PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at ASAP/PECO Checkmate Violence Chess Marathon
The Mayor will deliver remarks at this event, hosted by After School Activities Partnerships (ASAP) and PECO, which promotes positive decision making through participation in out-of-school time activities for Philadelphia youth.
