WHEN: TOMORROW – Tuesday, March 27 beginning at 1 p.m.

WHERE: 7400 block of Woolston Avenue

PFD members and their partners will install life-saving smoke alarms and distribute safety literature on the 7400 block of Woolston Avenue, where a fire occurred on March 12.

The Philadelphia Fire Department received a $1 million grant from FEMA last year to install 30,000 smoke alarms in Philly. If you know city residents in need, ask them to contact Philly 311. The PFD also has adaptive alarms for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.
