PHILADELPHIA – On Wednesday December 20, Mayor Kenney will attend the Community Dinner at Locke Elementary in West Philadelphia. Locke is one of the newest Community Schools supported by the City of Philadelphia, in partnership with Drexel University. The event will include student performances, community resources including fire safety and employment opportunities, and dinner for the community.
