Green City, Clean Waters Art Contest »
The Philadelphia Water Department and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary invite students grades K-12 to create an original work of art showing how we can all help make Philadelphia a greener city with cleaner waters. Students may submit a drawing, painting or video. Winning drawings will be applied to Philadelphia’s streets near storm drains. Every year, Philadelphia Water looks for dogs in Philadelphia neighborhoods to promote cleaning up dog waste to protect the quality of our local waterways. The top three contenders receive prize packages. The top dog makes appearances at community events throughout the year and is featured in Philly Watersheds materials.
