Green City, Clean Waters Art Contest »
The Philadelphia Water Department and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary invite students grades K-12 to create an original work of art showing how we can all help make Philadelphia a greener city with cleaner waters. Students may submit a drawing, painting or video. Winning drawings will be applied to Philadelphia’s streets near storm drains. Your work of art will act as a visual reminder that only rain should go down the storm drain! Download the entry form and guidelines.

Uncover the Green Design Competition »
Students, it's your turn to leave your mark on Philadelphia! Uncover the Green is a design competition that invites local college students to design the new medallion for our city's green stormwater infrastructure as well as a new look for Philadelphia's manhole covers. Help the Water Department raise awareness about the new tools in our neighborhoods and inspire residents to uncover the benefits of green stormwater infrastructure. Uncover more information including the competition brief and entry guidelines.
