The Philadelphia Partnership Recycling Program is a community-based recycling program established and supported by the Streets Department of the City of Philadelphia. The program is a joint effort of non-profit community groups, and the Streets Department.

Income earned by Partnership community groups through their volunteer efforts  supports local projects for the public good. Partnership Recycling is administered by Keep Philadelphia Beautiful (formerly PhilaPride). The program is supported in part by avoided costs of trash disposal.

The Sanitation Division of the Streets Department provides collection service for mixed paper and plastics. Groups make their own collection arrangements for other materials.
