TIPS FOR TRANSPORTING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TO THE DROP-OFF EVENT:
- NEVER mix hazardous materials together. This could result in dangerous chemical reactions.
- Keep all products in their original containers, DO NOT remove labels.
- Tightly seal all lids and caps.
- Place any container which cannot be tightly closed in a sealed plastic bag.
- Wrap all breakable containers in a newspaper.
- Place all materials in a sturdy box to keep them from shifting during transport.
- Place the box containing HHW securely in your vehicle to prevent it from moving as you drive to the drop-off center.
DO NOT TRANSPORT EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS:

Explosives and ordnance materials are not accepted at the City's HHW collection events.

Residents can contact their Police District to make arrangements to disposal.
