2018 RFP for New HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Projects

The City of Philadelphia has issued Requests for Proposals (RFP) for new Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Re-Housing, and Joint Transitional and Rapid Re-Housing projects for households with or without children, including youth ages 18-24, to be included in Philadelphia's 2018 application to HUD for Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funding. Proposals are due via electronic submission no later than 5:00pm, Philadelphia, PA local time, on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. There is an informational briefing scheduled for Monday, July 16th, 3:00pm-4:30pm at the Municipal Services Building, 1401 JFK Boulevard, 16th Floor, Room Y. Questions regarding the RFP must be received no later than 3:00pm, Philadelphia, PA, local time, on Friday, July 20, 2018.

Request for Information for Election Systems

The City of Philadelphia (City) is embarking on a significant initiative to upgrade and modernize its Election System infrastructure. As part of this initiative, the City intends to replace the Danaher 1242 Voting Machines currently in use for elections with a solution certified by the State of Pennsylvania for future elections. Additional projects will also include the replacement of the current paper polling books with an Electronic Polling Book (EPB) solution.

The City, through its Office of Innovation and Technology (OIT) and the Philadelphia City Commissioners, has issued this Request for Information (RFI) in order to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from all Respondents interested in, and capable of, providing a State of Pennsylvania certified solution for Election Systems to include voting machines, electronic poll books and associated components in time for the 2019 General Election. If a Respondent only supplies an electronic polling book solution, it is acceptable to submit information limited to that solution.

Truck Parking Options RFI

RFI For Commercial Dumpster Collections

The purpose of thisRFI is to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and Rough Order ofMagnitude (ROM) cost estimates from all Respondents interested in, and capableof, providing an arrest to preliminary arraignment packaged software productsolution.

 

The City, through its Officeof Innovation and Technology (OIT), is seeking to identify a packaged softwaresystem appropriate for the Criminal Offender Management and ProcessingArraignment System implementation project. Respondents are asked to provide OITwith information regarding their available packaged technology products andsolutions. OIT intends to use information obtained through this RFI to identifya packaged software product solution for use by the Courts (First JudicialDistrict of Pennsylvania), the Philadelphia Police, and the Office of theDistrict Attorney, all of which use the present PARS system.

Request for Expressions of Interest for A TAXABLE LOAN for the use of the New Police Headquarters.

The City of Philadelphia (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest (the “REI”) in order to solicit proposals for the provision of a loan (the “Loan”) to 400 North Broad Partners, L.P. (“Landlord”) for the purpose of renovation and improvements to the property described below (the “Property”) together with certain other costs. The Property will be leased (the “Lease”) from Landlord to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (“PAID”) and subleased (the “Sublease”) from PAID to the City.

The City is conducting a competitive process for the provision of the Loan. The Loan will be secured by an assignment of the City’s rental payments under the Sublease. The Sublease will be assigned by PAID to Landlord and then by Landlord to the lender as security for the Loan. Sublease payments by the City will at least equal the Loan payments due the lender by Landlord. Lender will be provided with names of owners of the SPE and all owners will comply with lender regulatory requirements for borrowers.
