Commissioner Victor Richard (second from left) receives a jar of M+M candy symbolizing the volunteer labor of park friends groups.  Standing with the commissioner are Philadelphia Green staff members (from left to right) CR Robinson, Takkeem Morgan, and Kim Massare.  In 2005, park volunteers donated 67,344 hours (2308 days) of labor, comprising $1,181,877 of value to the city.
