The Atwater Kent Museum traces the City of Philadelphia's history

Located at 15 South 7th Street, the Atwater Kent Museum, Philadelphia's official history museum, presents the material culture and expressive traditions of Philadelphia's 300-year history as an important learning resource for the people of Philadelphia and the nation.

The Museum is open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Tuesdays. Closed Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Admission is $5 for adults; $3 for seniors and ages 13 to 17; Children ages  12 and under - FREE.

The Museum Store is open 7 days a week from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.

$2 weekend parking for Museum members.
