Young Performers Theater Camp
A performing arts camp for children, ages 9 to 18 who have an expressed interest in the theater, dance and related arts.

Intro to the Performing Arts Camp
A performing arts camp for children, ages 6 to 10 who have an expressed interest in the performing arts.

Fire Prevention Plays
Recreation Summer Camps write, direct and produce ten-minute skits with a fire prevention theme. Contact Herb Moskovitz, 215-685-8714.

Talent Show
Drama Groups, Singers, Actors and Musicians! This show is for Recreation Department Performing Arts Groups other than dance groups.

Creative Resolution Theater
A touring interactive theatre that helps children and adults move from conflict to creative resolution in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Additional Programs Administered by the Performing Arts Office
Camp Overbrook
Camp Overbrook is a Summer Camp directed by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The Performing Arts Office coordinates outreach to recreation centers and provides busing for the camp.

Travel Programs
The Performing Arts Office provides daily bus trips to 150 recreation facilities for  Special Events, Summer Day Camps, and Older Adults Programs. Bus services are also provided to participants traveling to Recreation's specialty camps (Summer Art Camp, Young Performers Theater Camp, Golf Camp, Fire Camp, Soccer Camp and Camp Overbrook).
