SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPS

CAROUSEL HOUSE DAY CAMP - 2007
A complete Day Camp for mentally disabled campers,  as well as mentally disabled campers with physical disablilites. Includes swimming, arts and crafts, music, organized games, trips, special events.

  • Carousel House, Belmont Avenue  & North Concourse Drive, Phila. PA 19131
  • Three separate two-week  encampments
    First Encampment: July 2 through July 13
    Second Encampment: July 16 through July 27
    Third Encampment: July 30 through August 10
  • 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Ages 5 to 21; maximum number of campers - 50
  • Fee: $100.00 per encampment, plus a $25 non-refundable Registration Fee
  • Lunch and transportation provided
  • An interview is required before registration.

CAROUSEL HOUSE SPORTS CAMP
For mentally disabled teens, 16 and over, will be held at Carousel House. Lunch and Transportation provided. A two week encampment.

  • $75.00 for 2 weeks.
  • August 13th to August 24th
  • Daily trips, Picnic
  • Includes transportation

CAROUSEL HOUSE DAY-TRIP CAMP
FOR ADULTS WITH  ACQUIRED DISABILITIES
Dates in September to be announced.

  • Trips on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Includes transportation, meals are not provided
  • Fee - TBA (approximately $100)
