SpraygroundRibbonCutting

Mayor John F. Street and Councilwoman Jannie L. Blackwell cut the ribbon signaling the opening of the city's first sprayground at 48th and Woodland Playground. Spraygrounds are a tribute to the vision of Mayor Street and his ongoing commitment to improving the lives of Philadelphia's children. The Sprayground opened on June 9, 2005.
