2007 BULLETIN BOARD CONTEST

PROGRAM PURPOSE
Every facility in the Department should have a bulletin board that catches the public's eye and introduces the facility to the public. The bulletin board can be decorated to emphasize March events, such as Spring, Wind, Kites, Baseball, St. Patrick's Day, or the birthdays of famous people.

PROGRAM AND DATES
Leaders must notify their Visual Arts Chairperson if they wish to participate. If there are more than four entrants, the District chairperson will arrange a district level competition. District Chairpersons must report their entrants (maximum of five (5) by Wednesday, March 7, 2007 to Anne Marie Dunne at 215-685-2871.  When reporting your district's entries, be sure to give the days and times when each facility will be open and can be judged. City-level judging will take place between March 12 and March 16, 2007.
