Mentally and physically challenged persons will be served a daily lunch and breakfast or snack regardless of age, provided they are enrolled in a specialized program for the mentally and physically challenged.

NO PERSONS shall be denied on the grounds of age (age within statutory limits), race, color, national origin, sex, or be excluded from participation in the Special Summer Food Service Program for Children.

Any person who believes that he or she has been discriminated against in any USDA-regulated program should contact, within 180 days of the incident, the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, DC 20250.
