Three Bears Park is one of the dozens of neighborhood parks that take part in the Spring Into Your Park Project.
Coordinated by the Recreation Department and Philadelphia Green, the event takes place every April or May.
Volunteers come out to clean and plant flowers, plants and trees in parks around the city.
