PHRED AND OTHER MASCOTS USHER IN 2004 WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL OPENING CEREMONY
Eleven Philadelphia mascots banded together to welcome the sixteen Junior Division teams from around the country participating in the 2004 Narional Varsity Wheelchair Basketball Tournament at St. Joseph's University Fieldhouse on Friday, March 26, 2004.
