Parks & Recreation Permits

January 2012

In 2011, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR) implemented a new permitting system for all of our outdoor sports fields; baseball and softball fields; tennis and basketball courts. This year, as we continue to merge, we are changing some more, with the goal of serving you better and making our permitting process easier to understand.

This year's changes include a combined application document and a single fee schedule.

Despite these new commonalities, you may need to work with a different PPR-staff person depending on which of our locatoins you are applying. Applications will be accepted at our local recreation centers and playgrounds, for their corresponding amenities, as well as other amenities in the area. Applications for the following locations will accepted and processed at the CASE Building.

- Pennypack on the Delaware Fields.

- East and West Park Fields

- FDR Park Fields

- Marconi Park Fields
