RDA tests new way to sell property
Philadelphia’s Redevelopment Authority, which maintains a land bank of 5,550 parcels, has completed a pilot program that supports shifting the way it disposes of the property.

Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program
The City of Philadelphia’s Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention program is an innovative initiative that helps families facing the loss of their homes through foreclosure. The program was initiated in April 2008 by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and local housing advocates, with critical support from the City of Philadelphia and the County Sheriff’s Office.

Get a Home Repair Loan
The Redevelopment Authority operates the Philadelphia Home Improvement Loan Program (PHIL). PHIL is a program that provides Philadelphia homeowners extremely affordable home improvement loans for home repairs (3% or 5% APR fixed rates, depending upon income levels).
