1. Where is Bail posted?
Cash bail can be posted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, at the Police Administration Building, 8th and Race Streets (215-686-1558 or 1559).  Bail is accepted Monday through Friday, from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Criminal Justice Center, Payment Center, 1301 Filbert Street.

2. When and where are Bail Refunds obtained?
Refunds are available 31 days following final disposition at the Payment Center, 1301 Filbert Street.  Hours are 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3. Where are Fines and Costs paid?
Payments for all criminal cases are payable at the Payment Center Monday through Friday, from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

4. Where can official copies of disposed cases be obtained?
Official copies of disposed records are available at the Information Counter, Room 310, Criminal Justice Center, and can be reproduced at .25 cents per page.  Certified copies are $12.50.

5. Can the public view any disposed records?
Yes. Common Pleas Court (1988-1998) and Municipal Court disposed files (1990-1998) are housed in the file complex, Room 310, Criminal Justice Center.  Older files are maintained at the Record Storage Center.  There is a two to three week waiting period.
